I am an experienced, capable and dedicated educational change agent, highly motivated, with initiative and a track record in setting strategic direction and leading transformation. Researching curriculum and technology innovation and change are my passions.

As an educator with passion, I provide educational consultancy services to the education sector in curriculum development, integration of technology, and Professional Learning to teachers, focused on inclusive education. I am about helping passionate educators, be the best they can be, promoting not only learning but a lifelong love of learning, creating inclusive environments that authentically models the kind of world we want for our children.

My work

I have extensive experience in research, education and governance and have had the opportunity to work in a number of education systems where I have sought to promote equality of access, inclusive and collaborative practices, and effective governance systems to support them. This has included the school (K-12) sector, Higher Education, and Vocational Education and Training sectors. But I think some of my favourite times have been when I have travelled overseas to support the work of developing education systems. In 2015 I had the amazing opportunity to work with a small University in Uganda, running professional development geared around quality teaching and learning practices. 

This is my passion. Prior to this, I worked at the University of Canberra, supporting Faculty of Health staff in the development of new models of teaching and learning as part of the University-wide SAFFIRE project, a $25 million project to implement online learning.
